Sizes: Baby (18”/45cm), Toddler to small child (20”/50cm), Adult (22”/55cm).

The hat was knit in the round using size US5 (3.5mm) 16” (40cm) circular needle for the ribbing and US7 (4.5mm) 16” (40cm) circular needles for the body of the hat.

The shamrocks were crocheted and attached to the hat when it was finished. A VIDEO tutorial is provided along with the pattern for the shamrocks.

Like the hat, but would love an I Cord at the top? The pattern also provides directions on finishing the hat with an I Cord.

Leave off the shamrocks and knit the hat in any color combination and for any occasion.

I designed the hat for everyone that is Irish and/or wish they were. I’m kidding; I designed this St. Patrick’s Day Hat for all those that just love celebrating St. Paddy’s Day.

I am happy to help if you have any questions along the way!

As are all my knitting patterns; this pattern has been test knit twice and both professionally copy and tech edited for accuracy.
