Columns of changing colours set against the backdrop of solid grey-black, reminiscent of stained glass windows.

This pattern came out of a desire to create a Holiday yarn kit in collaboration with Rhichard Devrieze Yarns that would show off the depth and saturation of colour that Rhichard is so known for. Now that the yarn kits have been distributed and are beginning to be knit up, I would like to offer this pattern for others to knit. It is perfect for all the minis you have collected…

Worked in the round, the minis are held double for the coloured sections, and the worsted weight solid yarn is held single.

The pattern is worked in mosaic style, meaning you only work with one colour at a time, slipping the alternate coloured stitches as you come to them.

Increases are done for the shoulder section, making this cowl sit perfectly on your shoulders and tuck nicely into your coat to keep your chest warm.
