Through the end of 2021, Stained Glass Throw is exclusive to the Jimmy Beans Wool Blanket Club.

Jimmy’s 2021 Blanket Club runs January through December and features the beautiful hues of Malabrigo Rios! Every month you will receive two printed postcards with pattern instructions (both knit & crochet), one full skein of Malabrigo Rios (with two gorgeous colorways to choose from), and one coordinating stitch marker!

This throw is cast on at the center and worked outward to make four triangular units. Each unit uses 3 skeins, ending with the MC. Once they are all complete, you’ll stitch them together to make
a square!

Yarn: Malabrigo Rios - 100% superwash Merino Wool (210 ds/100 grams)
Needle size: US 7 (4.5 mm) 48” circular or longer (the stitches will be crammed on to use a needle this short, by the longest round there will be up to 11 feet worth of stitches on there!) I recommend finding the longest needle you can, or using more than one needle by the end. As is always true, please work your swatch to determine if this is the correct needle size for YOU.
Notions: Tapestry needle, stitch markers
Gauge: 5 sts x 10 rows = 1 inch, in garter stitch, gently blocked
Skills needed:
Knit and purl, increases, basic seaming, cast on and off
