Hello all! Despite the yarn used in the display and diagrams not being the manliest of colors, this fingerless glove pattern can be basis of a gift to the fella of your choice. Staghorn cables describe a good man: easy, enjoyable, dependable (for almost any garment), and handsome (lovely too).

So, for this pattern, use nearly any aran weight yarn (choose something you can wash easily, these are supposed to go on your hands… and think how much we’re supposed to wash those!) and size 6 dpns. Have a cabling needle handy as well. Oh, confession: This is my first attempt at writing a pattern, but hopefully crosses fingers I’ve worked out the kinks.

I hope you enjoy it!
