This is a great way to use up a random ball of yarn! I favor a washable cotton yarn, and the All Season Cotton is nice and sturdy and holds up beautifully.

This is an easy stitch to learn, and once you’ve got the pattern down you can knit it almost without thinking. A great project for taking with you places!
