This pattern is easy to work up with basic stitches however, it is rated as intermediate due to working in Front Loop and Back Loops Only.

The hat is worked in flat, turned rows and then joined together with slip stitches. The stitch pattern along with a lighter weight yarn and smaller hook make a knit look that is warm and great for anyone!

Stitches used are Half Double Crochet, Extended Single Crochet and Single Crochet.
