From the beginning, The Wool Kitchen has had Bowie-inspired yarns, and my Starman shawl is part of that collection! An on-going interest in colour and embracing difference.

Starman is knitted in my 4ply Ziggy yarn! Buy here
Starting at one end and increasing to create a panel full of stars to finish.

This shawl can be knitted in any weight of yarn, but if you’re not knitting in 4ply, you will need at least 400m and different needle sizes to make it work.

Knitting for me is about enjoying every stitch, and I believe that if you can knit and purl then you are a knitter! I hope that all levels will love knitting and wearing Starman.
