Perfect to wear on a cool summer evening, this shawl uses a single skein of fingering weight yarn and a large hook to create an exploded lace shawl with beautiful drape, It is lovely made with a sparkle yarn such as Dream in Color Starry or Red Heart Stardust.

Using the larger hook makes the work go faster. The pattern has written instructions and is fully charted. Stitches used are not difficult but the instructions do require attention.
If you prefer not to use a large hook a smaller hook may be substituted. Pattern repeats can then be added and extra yarn would be required.

This pattern uses U.S. Terminology.
