• tiny silver star sequins
• 6 inches 1/8-inch-wide blue ribbon
• 3 snap fasteners
• sewing needle and thread
• 5/8” silver star sequin (optional)
• craft glue
• 4.5” bamboo skewer
• 1.5” white feather
• silver paint or nail polish
