This shawl was designed and knitted in March and April 2020, in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. It’s easy to memorize and extremely flexible when it comes to yarn used. It’s meant to be a simple, comforting knit at a time when we’re all feeling a lot of anxiety about the future.

This pattern is free and will remain so, but if you are in a position to do so, please donate to any of the many funds set up to assist those who are medically and/or economically disadvantaged by this crisis.
