Dress up a simple vest or sleeveless frock with this glorious lacy top. The lacy pattern looks tricky, but it’s easy to master, and there’s no tricky neck or sleeve shaping to worry about.
This is a knitted top, although it looks like crochet! The interesting disk pattern is just a two-row repeat, although each disk is knitted with several turns, making it a little time-consuming. The end result is worth it, though! I found that it was easier to knit using a circular needle, as straights tended to get caught up in the knitting. This top will make a wonderful cover-up on the beach.
