The Stella Scarf features the ever-lovely star stitch to create a beautiful subtle texture. In my sample, I used Herriot by Juniper Moon Farms, but any DK yarn will do. You can certainly use other yarn weights, but it will impact the yardage needed for your scarf. Basic modification instructions for adjusting length and width are included, but my sample with the pattern as written measured approximately 6” wide and 5’8” long, excluding fringe.

Video tutorials are included to show you how to do the star stitch and foundation crochet stitches (foundation stitches are suggested, but not required for this pattern). I also include photos showing how to attach the fringe to the end of the scarf.

If you are interested in a matching set, the Stella Hat is also available for purchase, or you can get the adult large size free on my blog.
