Stepz is an advanced beginner pattern as it uses post stitches, it would be a good introduction to learning post stitches.

This is a convertible cowl/hat created specifically to look most effective when using self striping yarns. It is suitable for both men and women. Worked in a simple stitch pattern it’s very quick to make. Perfect for a lazy afternoon when you are looking for something to do. Fantastic pattern for donation hats too.

Stepz has been tested by the wonderful testers in The Happy Hookers Hangout.

This pattern has been tech edited by the wonderful (and patient) boricuacrochet who can be found here on Ravelry if you are in need of a tech editor.
