The sweater is worked top down. He begins with Lace panels for shoulders, which are worked separately back and forth.
Once completed, live stitches are placed on holders to be worked later.
Stitches for back, left front and right front are then picked up across the shoulder lace. Back and front are worked separately to the length of armhole and joined to knit in the round. Sleeve stitches are picked up across the armhole edge including the live stitches from shoulder panels on top of the sleeve.

Materials
Yarn: 1100 (1200, 1350, 1400)1550, 1700, 1800 yards; 1010 (1100, 1250, 1300)1450, 1560, 1650 meters of fingering yarn or other yarn for obtain gauge. The sample was knitted in size S using Merino Cashmere Fingering by Skein yarn – 80 % merino, 20 % cashmere – 437 yards; 400 meters – colorway Misty Brae.

Needle: US4; 3.5 mm and US2½; 3.00 mm circular needles and dpns.

Other Notions: 8 Stitch markers, waste yarn, tapestry needle for weaving.
