The Strawberry Biscuit Cowl is beautifully warm and soft with a lovely woven texture.
It can be worn long and tucked into your coat, to keep your chest warm, or wrapped around your throat as a cosy neck warmer.
It is the perfect complement to the Strawberry Biscuit Hat.

Looks just as good on a man… although he may prefer a different colour…

Materials:
200g of Aran/ Worsted Yarn,
25g of DK/light worsted yarn.
Pictured example made with Aran with Wool yarn by Marriners in Rose Blush shade and Marriners DK yarn in Beige.
5.00 mm Crochet Hook.
Large eyed tapestry needle for weaving in ends.

Finished Size/Gauge:
Finished size is, 12 inches/30 cms wide and 57 inches/145 cms in diameter, approximately. The length can easily be adjusted by altering the number of your foundation chain. If you decide to make your cowl longer, please bear in mind that more yarn will be required.

Gauge is not critical because of the nature of the garment.

NB: It is important that DK/light worsted weight yarn is used for the ‘Biscuit Cream’ centre, as the lighter yarn gives shape and structure to the design.

This pattern is aimed at the confident beginner but is interesting enough for the more experienced crocheter to enjoy also.
