Dream of picking strawberries in the summer while keeping your hands toasty warm with this fun pair of fingerless gloves!

These handwarmers were inspired by, and originally designed for, my grandmother who loves strawberries and has a strawberry-themed kitchen.

Knit in a basket-weave stitch and then embroidered afterwards with duplicate stitch strawberries.

Worked in the round, on double-pointed-needles or large circular for magic-loop.

A bound-off-cast-on hole is used for the thumb.

Techniques Used: Cast on, bind off, knit stitch, purl stitch, working in rounds, backward-loop cast on, decreases, reading charts, duplicate st, bind off in pattern
