A lovely little bookmark that works up quickly and easily, perfect as a beginning lace project.

Length is easily customizable. One skein of DMC size 5 floss is enough for one bookmark with a few yards left over.

Gauge is not critical for this pattern. Be creative! Try out different hook and yarn sizes; simply increase the base chain length for a lightweight scarf or delicate table runner.
