The shawls is worked in one piece, starting with an easy garter tab. It is crescent shaped and top down in construction.
Note that any laceweight or fingering yarn may be substituted. Additional yardage may be required, and you may need to adjust your needle size.
The body is stockinette stitch, with a leafy border and edging. Optional beads are used in both the border and edging. Tha sample is shown in a graded handspun, with a long colour change from raspberry to gold. the bead colour was changed to match the colour changes in the yarn. Instructions are included to enlarge the shawl.

This shawl is intermediate in difficulty, but an adventurous beginner may enjoy it. Only charts are provided for the lace sections.
