This is a super-simple baby cardigan with a small amount of colourwork to give it an interesting twist. The cardy is knitted from the top down and gradually increases over the yoke before splitting for the sleeves and body. It’s a really simple way of knitting and I thoroughly recommend it if you’ve never done it before – especially as it limits the amount of sewing up you need to do!

Tension: 25 sts and 34 rows to 10cm using 3.25mm needles
