Striped and slipped is a cozy beanie for any toddler. This hat is worked in the round either on circular needles or DPNs. Fits head circumference of 20” (a 2.5 - 3 year old).

This is a perfect first project for someone who is interested in learning a new technique or two while knitting in the round.
