Having six mini skeins of handspun yarn in my stash I developed a pair of fingerless mittens with an irregular stripe. It took me a while to figure out an agreeable pattern, but I like the result. Of course you can replace the colors to get any different effect.

What you need is yarn in six different colors of 10, 10, 11, 11, 13 and 14 grams each and four double pointed needles 4 (US 6).
