Materials:
Encore Worsted: 1 ball each of 6 rainbow colors.
Gauge: 16 sts = 4” using size 8 needles over pattern stitch.
Needles: Size US 8— 16” and 24” circular;
Size 9 for cast on and bind off only; size 8
double points for hat.
crochet hook for attaching fringe.
