This is a pattern for fingerless mittens worked in the flat and sewn up. The stitches used are 2 x 2 rib and stocking stitch, with increase and decrease stitches to provide a small amount of shaping and the thumb. They have a thumb.

One size fits most adults. They are about 9cm across and 15cm long and stretch. If you want something smaller or larger I would suggest changing the size of your needle.

I used Adriafil Knitcol to get the stripy affect. For alternative yarns anything DK should be suitable.
