Colorful stripes in garter stitch give this baby blanket cheer and warmth. While the pattern looks complicated, every row is the same simple knit-purl sequence. The fun is in the selection of colors for the stripe. I chose five rainbow colors, you’re welcome to use more or fewer.

Finished measurements: 28” (width) x 24”
Gauge: 22 sts/4” & 40 rows/4” in broken garter stitch on #5

Materials:
Berroco Corsica, 1 skein ea:
(A)Pink 3642, (B)Peach 3615, (C)Mint 3624, (D)Ice Blue 3620, (E)Lilac 3619
US# 5 needle, 24” circular and US #7 (for bind off)

note: for more finished edges, slip the last stitch of every row as if to purl with the yarn in front.
