Trees hold steady in a turbulent world, and these socks are designed to do the same. Knit from the top down with a contrasting, leafy cuff, the leg and foot mimic a tree’s trunk and roots.

Sizes: Children, Women’s S-L, Men’s S

Yarn Requirements: One skein Sport in Main color, one skein in contrasting color (can also use scraps for contrasting cuff) Gauge is 8SPI, allowing the pattern to be worked with fingering weight at well.

Skill level:Intermediate. Stiches used are purls, twisted knits (ktbl), yarn over, make 1 purlwise, centred double decrease, and 2 stitch cables.

Errata: I appologize, there is a stitch missing on the key for this pattern. The two slanting lines do not indicate k2tog twice, but rather a small 2 stitch cable. Where this stitch is indicated, please follow the directions on the key for Twist2back and Twist2front, but knit both stitches tbl.
