Thank you for visiting Crochet Arcade’s shop. Unfortunately this pattern is not available to purchase anymore. I had a re-think of my branding and my company’s values and this pattern didn’t meet those values so I decided to remove it. Other characters are still available and there will be more animals and characters published soon.

Certain parts of this pattern may come back in my new patterns soon and you may be able to re-create the Stuart for your own purposes if you wish to by looking at photos.

Best Regards,

About book/tablet holder:

This pattern series was inspired by my son (check out my other designs). He’s not too keen on reading and I tried to encourage his somehow and make reading more fun. Towards the evening he was also complaining that he’s too tired to hold the book so I came up with the idea of making him something to prop his book on and that’s how the book holder series came about (more designs coming soon).
This crochet holder is also ideal for resting tablets, kindles etc.

Book/tablet holder is not only a fun toy but also a very useful learning tool. After I’ve created this book holder I’ve found out that presenting reading or math material in a vertical format is conducive to better learning. That’s because the mind is able to process in a more natural manner of looking forward rather than looking downward.

Thanks to this holder your child can even have a drink while reading or watching films on their tablets! How cool is that?
