They are knitted on two needles!
This pattern made for size

• 0-6 months (or app. 9,5 cm foot length)
• (6-12 months (or app 12 cm foot length)
Materials:
• 30 gr - 100% merino baby wool ; DK weight yarn (8 ply)
• Needles 3 mm (US 2 ½ ) or size needed to obtain gauge
• Two buttons
• Cable needle
