This amigurumi Oculus inspired from the brilliant game Subnautica is very quick and easy to make.

The finished fish should come out at aprox 5.5 inches (14 cm) long from nose to tail and 4 inches (10 cm) wide from fin to fin.
If you use 4mm wool and a 3.5mm hook like I did then these approximations will be accurate.

As soon as you enter the caves, be aware of the Crabsnakes for a start! But keep an eye out for these bazaar little fellows. Their lovely colour combination can make them hard to spot but keep an eye out for their large pink eyes!
So why not show them some love by making one for yourself? It’d also make a brilliant gift for any Subnautica fan :)

Stitches used: SC, INC, DEC, SLST

For the details on the tail bits, I embroidered mine. I highly recommend this, but felt and needle felting could be an option.
