The Succulent Drawstring Bag is a crossbody bag with pretty, textured stripes. Simple puff stitches are used to create the leaf-like texture. The bag is crocheted with sturdy, size 3 mercerized cotton yarn. The yarn used for this project is Omega Sinfonia. The bag could also be made with a size 4 mercerized cotton such as Lion Brand 24/7 Cotton, but the bag would turn out slightly larger (and the drawstring would not fit through the suggested cord lock). The pattern includes instructions for lining and finishing the bag.

Finished Measurements: 9 ½” high, 9” wide. The base is 7” wide and 3 ¼” deep. The strap is 44” long.
