Sugar & Spice Rug: I am making a rug for the craft room in some lovely coloured but rough and ready aran weight yarn. I have tried out the blocks in Stylecraft Special DK too though and they look beautiful in that yarn and would make a lovely blanket or throw. As I said, it’s very much a work in progress, so you can use the block pattern for inspiration and let your imagination run wild - scarves, blankets, rugs, a market bag - whatever takes your fancy!
