The texture stitch in these socks is very easy and looks pretty in almost all yarns.
The pattern is written for one size, but with a 2 stitch pattern repeat, it is easily customizable to fit different sizes.

NOTE: This pattern has been updated 6.2.2017
The cuff is knitted “knit1, purl2 (regular rib) no twisted rib, like I had written!
But of course you can knit 1x1 twisted rib if you like…or 2×2 regular rib.

Elm Tree Yarns (Wool, Nylon, Silverstellina; 400m/ 100g) and
Filcolana Arwetta Classic (80% Wool, 20% Nylon; 210m/ 50g)
The sample was made using “Marley” colourway and
dark grey colour 956
Needles:
Double pointed needles 2,25 mm
Gauge:
34 sts and 46 rows to 10 cm/ 4 inch square measured over stockinette stitch worked in the rnd on 2,25 mm needles
