From The Magazine:
Summer blossoms and cotton breezes come together in this enchanting sundress for little garden babies and toddlers. Adjustable ties for straps allow the dress to fit all season long, and optional ribbon embellishment adds the final touch.

Description:
This dainty sundress is perfect for many occasions and seasons. It works from the top down, with the yoke panels constructed first, and then working in the rnd from the waist down, making the length highly customizable.

With little ties, she can wear this as a sundress in the summer, or as a jumper with a little tee underneath in spring and fall. The ties also make it adjustable to fit many babies and tots, allowing one to bring the yoke up or down as desired (especially when wearing this dress as a jumper). The vertical symmetry of the body gives an illusions of pleats, right before the little scalloped daisies at the bottom.

The little embellished ribbon can be added beneath the daisy motifs, or would look great right above the waist. One can also make the motifs in a contrasting color for really cute color combinations!
