This is a seriously easy summer dress, you’ll be able to make it in a couple of evenings. It’s much more of a recipe than a pattern but having tried the dress on a size 12ish mannequin and it looking
as good as it does on me a size 22, I suspect the stretch of the crochet done on a large hook means you’ll pretty much be able to follow the pattern as is. Do keep an eye out for your body shape and
measurements though – I’ll point out throughout points at which you can make it your own.

I suspect that because of the fit it would definitely be best to do this is a cotton or a cotton/bamboo - something like that will let it hang right and stretch where needed.
