The Summer House Hat is a quick and fun project you can make for yourself or for others. The different cast-on method (alternate cable cast-on - of which there is a video tutorial included) makes for a ribbing that can stretch to most women sizes.

There are two versions of this hat: Beanie (the yellow version) and Slouchy hat (the blue version). Instructions are included for both.

For one hat I used only one ball of Scheepjes Secret Garden. For the other one- which surprisingly was the smaller beanie version - I had to use a few grams of a second ball.
