This T-shirt was inspired by a granny square with a flower. I was enjoying crocheting that square so much, that I thought I could make that square bigger and turn it into something that I can wear.

And so week by week, in 2016, I made myself a new summer t-shirt.

I’ve been wearing it ever since, every summer with high waist shorts/jeans or high waist skirts.

I chose cotton and granny squares because I love crocheted items that allow the body to breathe. For me the air flow it’s really important because otherwise, I have the feeling I’m suffocating if the clothes are sticking to my body.

Anyway, hope you’ll enjoy this pattern. This was created for my size - XS-S - but it’s very easy to alter it for bigger sizes. If needed, I can help.
