SummerLove Top är en ny variant av min SummerLove Poncho .

Stolpgrupper med effektfulla reliefstolpar emellan används även i detta mönster. Resultatet är fängslande och livfullt, men trots att det kanske ser avancerat ut så är mönsterrepetitionen både enkel och lätt att minnas.

Till detta plagg kan du använda mängder med olika typer av garn, välj lite efter årstid eller hur varmt plagg du vill ha. Den vänstra tröjan är virkad i järbos ”softraggi”, en blandning av bomull och bambu som känns lämplig i sommarvärmen, det är underbart mjukt och lent, lätt att jobba med och något elastiskt vilket gör att den färdiga tröjan följer kroppen utan att strama. Garnåtgång ca 150g, axelbredd ca 45 cm även längd ca 45 cm.
För ett plagg till kyliga sommarkvällar använde jag ”Pure Alpaca” av ICE och virknål 3,5, garnåtgång 100g (400 meter) då blev den ca 35 cm lång och passar en axelbredd på ca 45cm.
Vill du ha den bredare så gå upp en storlek på virknålen, vill du ha den längre så är det bara att fortsätta med mer garn.

As in my ”SummerLove Poncho” I have once more worked a pattern of groups of double crochet and front post double crochet to give the finished project a interesting touch that makes this piece come alive. This repetitive routine is really simple and yet it looks advanced and absolutely divine.

Almost any yarn should work for this project, choose something suitable for the season.
My left top is made of ”Softraggi” by Järbo, a blend of cotton and bamboo which feels nice in the summerheat, wonderful smooth and easy to work with, also there is a bit stretch to it letting the finished piece fit your body without feeling to tight. You will need about 150g, this gives a 45 cm shoulder width and 45 cm length.

The short top on the right side in picture is made for cooler summerdays, maybe to be worn over a dress. I used ”Pure Alpaca” by ICE Yarns, about 100g (400 meter), measuring 45 cm in shoulder width and 35 cm length. Both are size S/M.

If you wish to make the top wider you can use a larger hook, make it smaller with a smaller hook, or choose a thicker/thinner yarn. If you want it to be longer you just keep on working with more yarn.
