“I love summer in Scotland – it’s my favourite day of the year!”

This Pullover was inspired by yet another wet and cold Scottish summer. A stack of umbrellas as a central design element is shielding against driving rain from left and right in form of lace trellis stitches.

There is always hope for the perfect summer this year. In the meantime, cure the summer blues with humor and a weather related joke on every pattern page.

The pullover is fitted, with long, set in sleeves and a round neckline. It is worked flat and in pieces in DK weight cotton yarn. Other DK yarns are suitable as well.
