This Sun City Sweater is made using alternating single crochet and half double crochet stitches. The pattern is written with the count of each color you will need to complete the row. I’ve included a chart you can fill in with your own color choices.

Materials:

• hook K
• 4 different yarn colors
• for main color, you will need at minimum 2 lbs. - yarn needle
• 1 oversized button

Stitches:

• alternating single crochet and HDC across. On the next row, start with the next stitch.
• For example: if you finish the row with a HDC, ch1, turn, SC in the first stitch of the next row.
