If you have the Romper pattern this is the pattern that is included int hat. I used stash so have no idea how much yarn it took. Sorry. It’s basically stockinette, knit top down and You’ll sew up the hem. The flower is crocheted, I’ve included a link to that as it is not my pattern. You can add any Kind of band or decoration you like. There is instructions for stiffening the hat included.
