To help kick off summer, I’m making this pattern FREE through July 31st! Just enter the code SUMMER in the box when you check out! And thanks for all your support! It’s been great to see this hat knit up in so many nice colors!

This is a fun and easy child’s sunhat knit in the round in Be Sweet “Bambino Taffy” , a self-striping, cotton/bamboo blend. The pattern uses 1 ball of the yarn. If substituting yarn, you’ll need approximately 20 yards each of five different colors. The pattern uses most of the ball of yarn.

Pattern includes two sizes, baby and toddler.

Note: The pattern is written for a cotton yarn, which often requires smaller needles to achieve gauge. If you are substituting a wool or wool-blend yarn, you may need to go up a needle size or two to get the correct gauge.
