Another stitch that I just loved working! I really enjoy fitting the pattern in the band and decrease options to a stitch pattern, it’s better than Sudoko.
It’s important to use a needle 3 sizes smaller than the gauge needle to have a tight enough band.

-1 skein Green Mountain Spinnery Mountain Mohair (140 yards) in color Peacock or
1 skein Misti Alpaca Tonos Worsted (218 yards) in color Shanghai with 8 extra rows of pattern
US4 & US 7 DPN’s or 32 inch circular needles

Gauge 4 1/4stitches = 1 inch in stockinette with larger needle
Approximate dimensions 20 x 7 1/2 (to crown shaping) red
Gauge 4 stitches = 1 inch in stockinette with larger needle
Approximate dimensions 21 x 7 (to crown shaping) blue
Notes - The stitch count changes almost every round.
