Designed during a season where I needed pure luxury and simplicity, this generous shawl features alternating sections of garter and stripes in alternating colors, finished with a clean i-cord bind off. Knit and wear with joy because it is “easy like Sunday morning”.

Materials

250g of fingering or sport-weight yarn, 100g of Color B, and 50g each of colors A, C, and D

Sample is shown in Woolfolk Tynd (100% Ovis-21 non-superwash merino) in four colors:

Color A: #14 (Teal)
Color B: #27 (Mustard)
Color C: #28 (Pink)
Color D: #29 (Red)

Note: This yardage does not include the yarn needed to knit a gauge swatch. If you plan to make a large swatch, please plan to purchase extra yarn.

US 4 40” needle, or needle size needed to achieve gauge, as well as 2 US 4 DPNs (optional)
Darning needle, blocking pins and boards, and wool wash, for finishing
