Spring is a celebration of life with a cool breeze reminding us
that warmer weather is upon us. This is the time for putting
away chunky crochet accessories and making room for
lighter, lacy scarfs and shawls. Treat yourself to one of these
with the Sundown Shawl!

The Sundown Shawl is a crescent-shaped Tunisian crochet
shawl worked from the top down. It consists of two different
sections; outer wings worked in Tunisian Seed Stitch and an
inner part worked in a combination of Tunisian Simple Stitch
and simple yarn over lace lending the shawl a light and lacy
chic look.

Stitch count refers to the number of sts at the end of FwP
unless otherwise stated.

The chart is worked flat.

There are 6 increases per row (2 on left and right side each
and 2 within the central stitch pattern section) EXCEPT for
Row 2, which has 4 increases (2 on each side) and Row 3,
which has 5 increases (2 on each side and 1 central).
