When the weather is dark and gloomy, think of summer, sun and sunflowers.

Sunflower is a fitted boat neck sweater worked top-down in one piece, and with a stripe pattern in balanced colours (“Sunflowers” gradient yarn set, hence the name of the pattern). After knitting up stitches around boat neck ribbing, front, back and sleeves are worked in rounds in one piece. At end of armholes work is divided, and body and sleeves are worked separately in rounds.
The top-down construction makes it easy to adjust length of body and sleeves.
