Notes:

  1. This pattern is written in English in US terms
  2. This pattern was written for the beginner and uses basic stitches: SC, HDC, DC, TR
  3. and includes step by step photos
  4. Pattern includes 3 sizes: Mug coaster, Jar Coaster, Potholder
  5. Gauge: using size “H” (5.00 MM) hook: 8 sts X 5.5 rows = 2” X 2”
  6. Chains at beginning of rows do not count in stitch count
  7. Numbers in parenthesis are total number of sts you’ll make for each round
  8. When you see a stitch + a stitch (i.e. HDC + DC) this means that both stitches will be placed into the same stitch
  9. This pattern can be made using cotton or acrylic yarns that are WW4; I highly recommend using Hobby Lobby’s I Love This Cotton if creating this pattern in cotton yarn
