Pattern Description from Cast On, February-April 2009: “The varied rib design in the body of the vest with Reverse Stockinette Stitch at the upper chest and shoulder area compliments most figures. The V neckline with a wide rib finished with a soft rolled edging adds additional texture and variety to the design. The use of oversized buttons in a coordinating color gives terrific ‘look at me’ panache. You can change the design for the man in your life by working the bands at the armholes and along the front and neck by eliminating the rolled edging and using smaller buttons. Design features multiple rib techniques including 3x4, 6x1, and 5x2. The rib techniques in the body of the vest are worked from a chart.”
