It can be knitted with a buttoned back (perfect for smaller sizes) or not.

Length can be adjusted to make this a tunic or a dress.
Charts are provided to have a better idea of the top/dress length depending on size.
Knitted as a dress it will turn into a tunic as your little girl grow!
