Simple, easy-to-follow instructions consisting of 10 easy steps with color photos to guide you through the process. I wrote this pattern because I wanted to be able to make super-cozy booties in just one hour - I’m proud to say that the results are super cute - as you can see for yourself!

This is a really great pattern for improving beginners who have mastered garter stitch and are keen to try a pattern. The booties are knitted all in one piece, with only a little sewing involved. You only need to know how to knit garter stitch, how to cast on, and how to cast off.

Instructions written for 2 sizes: 0-12 months and 12 - 18 months (they are REALLY stretchy!).
To make the booties you only need about 25 grams of super bulky yarn. For the small size I used Wooly Bully because it’s so soft and snuggly. For the larger size I used Drops Andes, which is still nice and soft, but a bit thicker and firmer and so a bit more hard-wearing. It’s adviseable to add some non slip fabric to the soles for the larger size.
