The finished hooded cowl measures approximately 15 inches by 18 inches when flat.

I used 3.5 skeins of Isaac Mizrahi super bulky yarn in the color Roosevelt. The ribbed collar is worked in hdc while the body of the cowl is worked in extended sc.

The pattern has not been tested.
