Super-Easy Stars
by Erin Houston
This pattern is
available for free.
I made up this pattern to make a batch of ornaments to attach to my Christmas cards this year. I had so much fun with it I made 25 stars in two days.
This is a super-easy, super-quick, 5-round pattern. Good for beginners (and I know because I am one), and for advanced crocheters looking for a TV-watching pattern.
I think these stars would also be cute decorating garlands and packages. And, at the right gauge, they might make great earrings. Or maybe even pasties!
Oh -- I should also say that these little stars use just a small amount of yarn. I made all those 25 stars from my one skein of Malabrigo. So this would be a great project for your scraps.
